I manage the creation of pricing files for the Renault A/B Range across multiple markets, providing tariffs used by importers.

My work involves analyzing volume mixes, PRF prices, and production costs to optimize PMA for the company, while balancing profitability for importers.

 I collaborate closely with rthe Product Manager to ensure market-specific strategies, maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing, and support decision-making with data-driven insights across the Europe & Maghreb cluster.

I managed the integration of pricing files created by the Product Support Manager into the AOC (Administration d’Offre Commerciale) system.

My role involved verifying, updating, and ensuring that all prices were accurate and fully aligned with the official pricing files, maintaining consistency across multiple markets.

I collaborated with the team to guarantee reliable tariff implementation, supported operational efficiency, and ensured that importers had  accurate pricing.

Fiche Gamme Manager / DOC-IP

I managed the creation, validation, and customization of product diversity (Fiche Gamme) for each market cluster — including BALK, NORD, and all countries where the specified models were commercialized — for models such as Renault Captur, Dacia Lodgy, Dacia Dokker, Renault Zoe, and Renault Arkana

This role required a deep understanding of market-specific requirements, including variations in climate, road conditions, and customer preferences, as well as creating special Fiche Gamme versions for limited editions unique to certain countries.

In parallel, as DOC-IP manager, I was responsible for updating emissions data and technical characteristics for assigned models within the AOC (Administration d’Offre Commerciale) tool. I ensured accuracy, compliance, and consistency of technical information across markets, supporting both internal teams and market operations with reliable, precise data.

Service Client Advisor / Network Administrator

As a Service Client Advisor, I worked directly with clients, performing vehicle reception at the service department, creating work orders in the VAG CROSS application, and coordinating with clients to define necessary repairs.

I prepared repair estimates and communicated the planned work to the workshop, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

In parallel, as Network Administrator, I managed three Microsoft Windows Server 2003 servers, a network of approximately 80 computers, a mail server, and a FreeBSD/pfSense gateway acting as a firewall.

I oversaw printer, copier, and computer maintenance, and collaborated with Porsche Informatik support via ticketing for server and application management.

This dual role strengthened both my technical problem-solving and client-focused communication skills.

Worked within a security systems company specialized in alarm, fire detection, CCTV, and intercom installations.

Worked in a computer retail and service shop, handling both hardware and software maintenance.

I was responsible for network configuration, customers system repairs, for warranty and post warranty repairs, and also initial configuration of each system or laptop that was sold, I also had the administration rights of a local mail and internet server (Gentoo).

The role involved diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently while ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction.

Worked for Internet ISP an Internet Service Provider with 6 employees, offering internet, cable television, and telephony services.

I was responsible for network administration, hardware and software maintenance, and ensuring optimal uptime across all connected systems.

I was performing hardware repairs, software installations, and troubleshooting on both workstations and network equipment and I also provided technical support to end users.
